Varaha, is the divine boar traditionally deemed to e the third avatar of Vishnu. Again such references show Ranjit Singh’s willingness to pay tribute to other religions and cultures outside Sikhism. This type of inclusive practice was ahead of its time and is still a lesson for leaders today.
